Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and chargebacks are handled on Amoriax ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing Credits, sending gifts, or using withdrawal features on Amoriax, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Nature of Credits and Virtual Items

Amoriax uses an internal wallet balance, denominated in euros, which may be represented on the platform as Credits or euro-equivalent units (the "Balance"). Credits and virtual gifts:

  • Exist only within the Amoriax platform and are visible as your Balance in the dashboard.
  • Have no monetary value outside of the platform.
  • Cannot be used as legal tender outside of the platform or as a substitute for bank transfers between users.

2. Purchases of Credits

When you top up your Balance on Amoriax (for example by depositing 10 EUR), the corresponding amount is credited to your internal wallet in euros and becomes available for use inside the platform and for withdrawals (subject to applicable fees and limits). Unless required by applicable law:

  • All top-ups of your Balance are considered final.
  • We generally do not provide refunds once funds have been credited to your Balance; instead, you may request a withdrawal of available funds through the dashboard, subject to fees and conditions described in this policy and our Terms of Service.

In exceptional cases (such as duplicate transactions or technical errors), Amoriax may, at its sole discretion, review and process a partial or full refund, provided that the relevant portion of the Balance has not been used for gifts, services or withdrawals.

3. Non-Refundable Gifts and Spent Credits

When you use Credits to send virtual gifts or otherwise spend them on the platform, the underlying transactions are non-refundable. In particular:

  • Credits spent on sending virtual gifts to other users cannot be returned to your balance.
  • If you send funds or gifts to another user, this is considered a completed transaction and is not eligible for refund or reversal (including by way of re-crediting your Balance).
  • We do not reverse or cancel completed gifts, even if you later disagree with the recipient or outcome of the interaction.

This rule applies regardless of whether the recipient has already monetized or withdrawn any part of the received gifts.

4. Balance Management and Inactive Credits

You are responsible for managing your virtual wallet balance and monitoring your Credits:

  • Unused funds on your Balance remain available on your account as long as your account is active and not closed under our Terms of Service, and can be used to send gifts or requested for withdrawal in accordance with this policy.
  • We are not obligated to refund unused Credits in case of account closure caused by a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Withdrawals and Monetization

Eligible users may participate in the monetization program and request withdrawals of amounts obtained from received gifts and other qualifying activity, subject to our Terms of Service. For withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals are processed to verified bank cards or approved payment methods.
  • Processing times and minimum withdrawal thresholds are described in our Terms of Service.
  • Once a withdrawal has been processed, the transaction is not reversible by Amoriax.
  • A withdrawal fee may be charged; the exact amount or rate of this fee is clearly displayed to you in the dashboard at the time you create and confirm a withdrawal request, and the payout amount reflects your requested sum minus the applicable fee.

If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect or invalid payment details provided by the user, we may require updated information before reprocessing, and certain fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments

If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, you must immediately contact both your payment provider and Amoriax support. We may request supporting documentation to investigate the issue.

  • Amoriax reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account and wallet during an investigation.
  • In case of chargebacks or payment disputes, we may deduct the disputed amounts from your virtual wallet, reverse gifts, or offset any future earnings to cover losses.
  • Abuse of chargeback mechanisms may result in account suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.

7. Refund Requests Procedure

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy or applicable law, you must contact our support team and provide at minimum:

  • Account identifier (such as your registered email address).
  • Transaction date and approximate time.
  • Payment method used and last 4 digits of the card (if applicable).
  • A clear explanation of the issue and the refund requested.

We will review your request in good faith and inform you of our decision. Where required by law, we will comply with applicable consumer protection and refund regulations.

8. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of a conflict between this policy and mandatory law, the law will prevail.

9. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or internal processes. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through in-app or email notifications.
